Our Cadre
All IFC cadre are drawn from active and retired military and law enforcement members who have served within specialized capacities. All are vetted in their fields and bring incredible professional life experience.
Our Expertise
All IFC cadre not only possess vast technical and tactical knowledge and expertise, they are also competent instructors who understand adult learning processes. As life students we leave our EGO at the door and concentrate on the students needs.
We are passionate about officer wellness and resilience and strive to provide information, resources and awareness in this field.

Services
Training - We offer a range of firearms and tactical training from beginner to advanced. We are dedicated to helping individual law enforcement officers and citizens to attain a higher level of capability.
LEA’s- We cater to the needs of the agency and can accommodate “ala carte“ POST training and certification needs.
Consulting - Drawing on over 20 years of professional experience, we help you determine the appropriate course of action to achieve the most desirable outcome.
FAQs
Equipment - student must provide firearms, ammunition, eye and ear protection, holster and magazine pouches. Other equipment will be course dependent (trauma, low light, etc.)
Waiver - All students will sign a waiver of liability prior to class.
Class pre-requisites - Some classes will require a pre-requisite to attend (advanced firearms etc)
MIL/LE Classes - MIL/LE classes will require proof of eligibility to attend.
Cancellation - Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.
